Viewing of available birds is by appointment only on week nights & weekends.
We are a closed aviary, meaning visitors are not permitted into the breeding area for the safety of our birds.
DNA sexing (if requested) must be pre-paid and is non-refundable. A Certificate from HealthGene Laboratories will be provided.
We guarantee the health of our babies for 7 days against major defects. In order to validate guarantee, bird(s) must be taken to a certified Avian Veterinarian within 3 business days of leaving our aviary. Guarantee is void if the leg band is removed. If the bird is found to have a condition that affects its’ health, a written report must be provided from a certified Avian Veterinarian. Upon acceptance of this report we will provide a replacement bird or a refund should a replacement not be available. We will not reimburse expenses from your Veterinarian.
Should the bird(s) die or suffer injuries in your care & at the fault of your own, I will not provide a replacement bird nor a refund. Please ensure that you feed the bird(s) correctly & you do your research on the species to know what is required. Should the bird(s) die in your care within the 7 day guarantee time period I will not provide a replacement bird or a refund without a written report from a certified Avian Veterinarian stating cause of death.
I do not offer guarantees on breeder birds, no exceptions.
